Shri Virbhadra Singh, Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh released the book titled ‘Commentary on the H.P. Tenancy and Land Reforms Act’ authored by Shri Abhishek Barowalia.

Shri Virbhadra Singh congratulated the author for bringing out such a nice and exhaustive book on a very crucial subject of public importance and hoped that excellent and pertinent material incorporated in the book will not only prove useful for advocates and students of law but would also prove beneficial to the general public.
