IPL to continue: Modi

Dharamsala: Indian Premier League Commissioner Lalit Modi today here said that IPL matches would continue as such and he would reveal every document about the IPL Kochi controversy, if desired by the Income Tax Department.

Soon after landing at the Gagal airport, Modi told media persons that there is no BCCI meeting scheduled here to decide the fate of the series. He said that every document regarding the auction of IPL Kochi team would be produced before the I-T department.

Responding to a query about adjournment of both the houses of parliament over this issue, he said that pandemonium in the Parliament was unnecessary and he would assist the I-T department to probe the matter. Talking about the possible BCCI meeting at Dharamsala today, Modi clarified that no meeting of BCCI was schedule at Dharamsala and if there would be any it would be held after April 20. He disclosed that he was here to enjoy the scheduled IPL match at the newly-constructed international stadium here.
